Ken,

This does not help you exactly with your current question, but I'm thinking
that since you posted to this group, the next step you take after getting
the board driver is getting ntp to use it as a reference clock. I don't
think ntp supports that.  However, I have written a reference clock driver
software for the bc635PCI in Sun/Solaris, but I haven't had time to get it
to the ntp folks in the form that they would like it in.
