You could certainly use a tool to download an entire site, or an
entire chunk of a site (below a certain point).
Given the current structure of the FAQ (and the way it might
adapt if it were converted to TWiki), I don't think there's any way
we could put all this stuff on a single page.
However, the current XML nature of the source for the FAQ would
tend to lend itself more easily towards generating a separate single
file or Acrobat version, whereas TWiki probably would not do that
easily (if at all).
This is really a question that should be aimed towards Ulrich --
to see if he can also give the community a single file or acrobat
version, in addition to what is currently available.
