There are any number of things that might cause this, but my guess is
that for some reason, 172.16.200.14 suddenly reported time that was 1
hour in the past. Would something be monkeying with its time at about
18:34?
And you might want to check into why, from 18:00 to 18:34, neither
server seemed to be reachable. That's 34 minutes.
