It does - the "Inline" check will be in your config.log output.

Then you won't be getting the ONCORE driver built on that OS.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature.

I know the ONCORE refclock can *use* the PPSAPI, I'm not sure it should
*require* the PPSAPI.

PHK or Reg or somebody else will have to answer that.
