yep. the 'ntpq -p localhost' is on worf.

bash-2.05$ ntpq -p worf
      remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset
jitter
========================================================================
======
*GPS_BANC(0)     .BTFP.           0 l   28   64  377    0.000   44.996
  1.260
bash-2.05$ ntpq -p localhost
      remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset
jitter

*GPS_BANC(0)     .BTFP.           0 l   38   64  377    0.000   44.996
  1.260
bash-2.05$

What should I be looking for to get it sync to the local reference
clock?

Thanks.
