Dogma,

Which receiver do you have, 2200 or 2201? I have one of each. At one 
time they were the primary sources for all our clocks, but they got too 
expensive to maintain. I expect they were in use in 1996, but I don't 
know if the firmware was updated. I'll see what I can do.
