Yes, but Debian uses ntpd which doesn't display stupid behaviour like
shown in <http://ntp.raggedstaff.net/cgi-bin/traffic2.cgi> (and I *do*
believe that the URL is correct this time ;-)

IPs are apparently mostly int he UK, but not on a single ISP network.
Also, some are Linux boxes, some are Windows boxes. So we're indeed
thinking about a firmware upgrade on a DSL or cable device.
