This is just one upstream time server. Are you sure you want to
do that? See

Moreover, the only three time servers I can find within the
glassey.com domain are all "restricted access" S1 servers, according
to <http://ntp.isc.org/bin/view/Servers/StratumOneTimeServers>. Have
you read the "Rules of Engagement" at
<http://ntp.isc.org/bin/view/Servers/RulesOfEngagement>, and have you
gotten explicit permission from the owner of this server to use it?
