The National Measurement Institute of Australia runs stratum 1
NTP servers located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart, Perth and Sydney. Each
of the servers is referenced to UTC(Australia), the Australian legal reference
for time of day.

These servers were formerly run by the CSIRO National Measurement Laboratory,
which on the 1st July, 2004, became part of the new National Measurement
Institute (www.measurement.gov.au).

The servers are available for public use but by prior arrangement only. Intending
users should contact
  time at measurement.gov.au
and supply the static IP(s) from which they will be accessing our servers and
contact details for network administration. Only authorized clients will
receive a response from our servers.

For further information, please contact
    time at measurement.gov.au
