	Generally speaking, you shouldn't be mucking about with minpoll 
or maxpoll.  The polling periods are automatically tuned by ntpd to 
be pretty much optimal, and unless you have a PhD and ten or twenty 
years of experience in this field, you will almost certainly do more 
harm than good by trying to specify these values.

	As for the rest, I'll leave those for someone else to answer who 
has more experience in these matters than I do.
