There are no "restrict" statements in A's ntp.conf file. In fact,
such file is extremely simple:

server 127.127.1.0 # local clock
fudge 127.127.1.0 stratum 10

# This is my local server (running ntp 4.1.1a) in turn getting its
synchronization from an
# external server.
server 192.168.0.1

driftfile /etc/ntp/drift
multicastclient # listen on default 224.0.1.1
broadcastdelay 0.008
