Sorry, you are perfectly right. All of my comments are about &C0/&C1
of course, as stated below:
&C0 : DCD (Data Carrier Detect) is always on.
&C1 : DCD will track the state of the data carrier from the remote modem.
&C2: Force DCD on and toggle DCD on disconnect
