[ntp:questions] NTP will fail once a week

Bad news: a major brazilian broad band access provider has come up with 
something new, they chanche the IP once a week, without dropping the 
connection.

This is intended probably to avoid home users' hosting. Of course this 
is intended for home use, but it is widely used in small *and* medium 
sized business.

So I would like to strongly suggest that next NTP version read the 
machine's IP more frequently. FWIK this is not very time consuming for 
NTPD, is it very difficult to implement?
