	My understanding is that the Reference Implementation (see 
<http://www.ntp.org/> and <http://ntp.isc.org/>) supports QNX.  I'd 
recommend you download the current code and try building it.  If it 
won't build on your system, the people here might be able to give you 
some help getting that to work.
