Configuring only your ISP's timeservers when your timekeeping requirements
are not too critical is socially responsible.  Most UK ISPs that actually
provide NTP servers only provide 3.

You seem to have a bogus distribution restriction and you have a message ID
that doesn't appear to have a well defined naming authority on the RHS of
the @, although the latter has been a problem with many ordinary users for
a long time.
