The first column is the IP address of a server or an identifier for a
hardware reference clock (127.127.d.u) where d is a driver number and u
is the unit number of the clock. Your local clock is normally
127.127.1.0. The refid in the second column is a string that identifies
the time source being used by the server or clock designated in the
first column. It may be an IP address or a string such as: .GPS.,
.WWV., .CDMA. .GPS. designates the Global Positioning System, .WWV.
designates a radio clock using the signal from WWV, .CDMA. designates a
radio clock using the reference signal broadcast by a cellular telephone
base station. .INIT. indicates that the association is still
initializing. .RSTR. indicates that access is restricted (check your
restrict statements in ntp.conf).
