Well, when try both you can make an informed comparison!

One recommendation (if it's not the default in the Meinberg 
implementation) is to add the -M (I think) parameter to the program's 
"Path to executable" so that the multi-media timers are permanently 
enabled.  This made a significant improvement to short-term stability, as 
Richard mentioned.  Please check the documentation for details.
