You could:
1. Go to http://ntp.isc.org/servers and search for 'asu.edu' or
'arizona' or '\US AZ'
2. Go to http://ntp.isc.org/s2 and use your browser to search in the
list for 'US AZ'
3. Go to http://www.google.com/search?q=public+time+server+arizona and
find http://arizona.edu/netmgrs/ntp.html (which may be used by anyone at
the U of A.)
4. Contact the ASU IT department.
5. Chose some other time servers from http://ntp.isc.org/s2
6. Use the NTP Pool http://ntp.isc.org/pool
