Step corrections are logged.  Look for things like this:
  10 Aug 02:52:13 ntpd[666]: time reset +0.298010 s
They will be in your syslog or the logfile you setup
in your ntp.conf.

The suespammers.org mail server is located in California.  So are all my
other mailboxes.  Please do not send unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited
commercial e-mail to my suespammers.org address or any of my other addresses.
