[ntp:questions] NMEA refclock on Windows and ntp 4.2.4 does not set the time but logs clk_fault

Your GPRMC sentence is reporting that you do not have a valid position, 
and your GPGGA sentence is invalid.  Make sure that the GPS is gathering 
valid position fixes so it will output data that the NMEA driver can use.
