So what is your question? I the kernel is more or less kernel.org-standard,
the PPSkit patch will apply; if the kernel is modified a lot, some patches
will need manual intervention to apply properly. Standard kernels in
distributions will hardly include PPS support, because of the slight
performance hit.

So maybe your question/subject is "PPSkit for Slackware 11?". Is it?
