[ntp:questions] Runaway clock?

I set up a NTP server, but every hour a "time reset" of about 7 seconds sets 
the clock back. I read somewhere that setting kernel´s HZ to 100 (instead of 
1000 default) would solve this. But the problem persists. As I am running a 
FreeBSD 6 server, I was told that "tickadj" wouldn´t be the answer... What 
else could I do? Here goes the ntpd´s log:
