Martin, at the risk of repeating what I said in a recent similar reply,
the information you seek (with the exception of Dave's email/newsgroup
postings) should already be in the CommitLog file.
 
The CommitLog file is automatically generated.

I'm open to suggestions on how to make it more useful.
