Your server is adding an MD5 key to the time packet but the client isn't
configured for it: "auth 2" is an authentication error.  Fix the client
to accept the key, or fix the server not to send it.

On the client, something like this in ntp.conf:

 enable auth
 keys ntp.keys	# key file copied from the server
 trustedkey 2	# assumed from "keyid 00000002"

Adjust as appropriate.
