"IF" your aunt had wheels she'd be a trolleycar (and there are coarser 
variants on the theme).  

However, whether Windows can keep time well enough for the job in hand is, 
in fact, disputed by several.  Using petitio principii as a springboard for 
jumping to further conclusions is itself less than elegant engineering :-)
