This is the prime feature of OpenDNS, and why I don't like using
machines that use OpenDNS.  I want "ntpq -c pe typo.ntp.server.net" to
fail instantly with a name resolution failure, rather than take ages
sending useless NTP packets to OpenDNS's NXDOMAIN-substitute web
servers.

Those poor servers must be getting hit with doomed attempts to
communicate using protocols other than HTTP at a stunning rate.
