These are successive release candidates. If you read carefully (I donot either)
you will have noticed that the number keeps changing. Ie, new bugs are discovered
and fixed, the new RC is announced and put out there for more people like you to
test. Thus, the fact that some more bugs have been fixed and there is a fixed
version now available IS news.
