[ntp:questions] what is refid 78.79.86.76?

Hi,

i check ntp with ntpq -p and get:

What did the refid 78.79.86.76 mean? This is not the IP of the host pluto!

I think that refid should describe the kind of time source? But what kind is 
this number?
