Certainly the 18xLVC has a PPS pulse, as does the 18x-5 OEM which is a
5PPS. It give about 1us accuracy, not 10ns which is what some might call
timeing GPS. But that 1ns is pretty useless for computer timing, since a
computer really cannot use better than about 1us accuracy.
