I'm seeing helpful messages:

127.127.22.0 interface 127.0.0.1 -> none
so would I be correct in interpreting that as meaning my NTP doesn't
have ATOM support. ?
My recompiled NTP should have all ref-clocks, so where should I install
the recompiled NTP?
