I doubt this is correct.

GPS week 0 was in January 1980, and 1024 weeks are about 19 years 
(1024/52=~19.7), so the first rollover was in August 1999, and the next 
rollover will be again more than 19 years later, i.e. in 2019.

And indeed, the NPL web page
http://www.npl.co.uk/science-technology/time-frequency/time/faqs/when-and-what-is-the-gps-week-rollover-problem-%28faq-time%29

says it will be on April 6, 2019, which sounds more reasonable.
