I'll use us.

I put the new set of binaries on the PC by replacing the old ones. I had 
stopped Meinberg.

Where do I execute this from? Run? c:\Program Files\NTP\bin\ntpq -pn 
doesn't work  there. c:\Program Files\NTP\bin\ntpq gives me a DOS window 
and prompts. Help displays 20 or more commands.
