ntpd is running as a service to serve as a time server for local network.

It is on Linux Debian Squeezy x86_64. ntpd was build from source.

Currently I'm not running nor ntpd -q, nor ntpd -g. I want that already
running ntpd service to automatically correct local HW clock of the
server, which drifts away, for example 30-60 sec in months.
