Thanks for that confirmation, David.  It seems to still be down at 06:22 
UTC this morning, so it must be serious!  Today is a holiday in the UK, 
so what chance of it being repaired?

I thought it bad that there was no status available from NPL, and I 
haven't even looked for a URL to report a problem.  Not that anyone 
would be in to monitor reports....
