[ntp:questions] NTP PLL Frequency

Hey all,

Running ntpq -c kerninfo on my NTP server (GPS + PPS) shows a PLL Frequency
of 61.6815. What does this mean? Do I want this to be zero, or simply
stabilized at whatever value it ends up at?
