The name 'minjitter' is not to my liking, but I saw that no-one came up with a
better name in the mailing list... So unless someone makes a better suggestion
soon, that's what it's going to be.

BTW, some of the effects you suffer from are dealt with by the GPSD/JSON driver
(driver 46).  The 'fudge minjitter' will still have it's uses, but in your case
using the JSON protocol to get both PPS and serial data from GPSD correlated
might be something to think of.

I'll try to have this integrated into 4.2.8p14 -- the changes are innocent
enough, and unless really used, there should be no side effects.
