@Harlan: I restored the 'date trust' feature of the NMEA driver for 4.2.8p14,
and I moved the corresponding mode bit to avoid scattering the bit mask.

I also updated the driver documentation, so this feature is now 'official'. And
I restored the functionality, as the feature as such was lost during the
general GPS era handling overhaul.

@Igor: I hope you pardon me for moving the mode bit, but this was actually the
last chance to clean up the mode mask without breaking any documented feature.
