My network setup is PPPoE over LAN, and ntpd is run to sync time. After PPPoE
(ppp0) is down and redials and ip changes, ntpd can not send udp packet and 
report repeatedly like:

Aug 25 15:11:02 home ntpd[25875]: sendto(205.142.198.4): Invalid argument
...

Actually, for any interface except lo, ntp should not assume that IP address 
will not change, but current implementation uses this assumption.
