If you have restarted ntpd, are there any messages concerning NTP in either
/var/log/messages  - and/or -
/var/log/ntp

Which version of SuSE Linux are you running?

I don't find the wt100 at http://www.conrad.de.
What kind of device is it? Really "raw DCF77", or does is send some kind
of string?

Where does the program "clkwt100" come from? Do you have the source code?
