ntpd -dd debug output

Output generated by ntpd -dd

ntpd was started and ran for a few minutes;
PPP connection to ISP was then dis/reconnected;
Associations with servers on internet were then dropped and re-established
using the reconfigNtpd script, which is an attachment to bug 51

Note the message "Found interface index -1 for address x.y.z.t"
