I'm not sure what there is to look at here. Jan did not set up his server to
accept broadcast packets so it will rightly drop any packets that get received
on the wildcard port. I'm not sure why the broadcastdelay statement is in the
configuration file since it's not doing anything with broadcast.

We did notice during debugging of another issue that if there is a broadcast
server on the lan at least some O/S's are delivering the packet to the wildcard
port even if the application is not configured to accept them. This was noted in
bug #396 which I had forgotten about until this last weekend.
