Indeed I didn't know that.

You're right: I only looked at parsesolaris.c when checking $History$.

It's obviously your decision: the solution chosen should be most convenient
for your. In my experience, though, once I've tasted a distributed (and
changeset-aware) VCS, I never wanted to go back to cvs :-)
