Rakesh,
I believe that this is normal for broadcast clients. For 'peer' or 'server'
clients, the 'iburst' keyword can significantly reduce this time.
Your 'server 127.127.1.1 ...' line probably does not do what you expect.
Have you read the documentation on the local refclock?
Do you understand the ramifications of disabling auth on a broadcast client?
