Martin,

Yes, in VS 8 it's defined in ws2tcpip.h as typedef int socklen_t;

We'll need to add this into the config.h file. I'll look tomorrow at VS 7.

I reopened this to fix this for Windows. It also sounds like we need some work
on the Unix reconfig files for this.
