Subject: socklen_t undeclared 

I believe the proper setting of GETSOCKNAME_SOCKLEN_TYPE could be added
to the windows config.h file, and once that is done and tested bug 718
can be resolved.  But since I don't do windows this may not mean much.

A quick build of the latest ntp-dev should let somebody know, and a
quick grep would handle the rest.

Again, Danny, if you either subscribe to bk-ntp-dev-send@ or do a 'bk
changes -Rvv' you can easily see the changes that go in.
