I get the same thing with 4.2.3p55 ... I'll close as WORKSFOR(YOU) and update
the bug if/when I figure out what is wrong with my build environment. I guess
the obvious first step would be to try the compile with
CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/include/sys ... maybe the default include path list for my
compiler doesn't include that directory or something.
