This was already fixed in ntp-dev so I'm marking this bug as WORKSFORME.

Danny, I don't think getnameinfo() (see comment #6) will be a problem, as
in that case the actual value is passed and the native prototype will handle
conversion.  getsockname() used a pointer to the value, and in that case the
subroutine must *assume* the pointer is of the correct size.
