Subject: ntpq: Peers names are truncated 

This raises an interesting question.  It might be useful to return the
full-length answers and let the client handle formatting (I'd rather not
have the client pass formatting information to the server).  Then again,
we are currently talking about the amount of data that will fit in a UDP
response.
