Summary: ntpq should fall back to ipv4
           Product: ntp
           Version: 4.2.4
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: ntpq
        AssignedTo: stenn at ntp.org
        ReportedBy: mskibbe at suse.de
                CC: bugs at ntp.isc.org

When a host has both an ipv6 and ipv4 address, but ntpd on the host is only
listening on the ipv4 address then ntpq times out waiting for an answer from
the host's ipv6 address without falling back to ipv4.
