I have thix ready for -stable.  For -dev in the same repo I have a modification 
to m4/ntp_lineedilibs.m4 to move actions out of cache tests, and in fact to get 
rid of the caching of the lineeditlibs result as it depends on configure 
command-line options that can vary between cached runs.
